We are an old-fashioned company here at NetTraffic Limited with old-fashioned values like service to the customer and honesty as our primary touchstones. At the same time we are a young, vibrant, outward-looking Irish company with global partners in China, New Zealand and the US.

We have at our core an ambition to bring to the market the very latest in modern voice communications through our IP platforms, which we hope we can present to you in a human but cost-effective, reliable and competent way.

NetTraffic was founded in 1999 by Francis Maher, a former Eircom engineer, to deliver modern voice communications the old-fashioned way: human, reliable and honest.

Today we're an Irish company supporting businesses of every size, with global partnerships spanning China, New Zealand, India and the US.

Francis Maher leaves Eircom to found NetTraffic, focused on personalised service and customer relationships.

Join of New Director

A new director joins the leadership team, bringing international experience in Cloud PBX infrastructure and global telecoms partnerships.

Francis Maher

Founder

A former Eircom engineer with 20 years of telecommunications experience, Francis founded NetTraffic to bring personalised service and modern voice technology to Irish businesses.

"When I left Eircom I wanted to provide a customer-focused service that would enhance the customer's experience of dealing with a telecoms supplier. For me each customer interaction was a chance to build a new relationship that would withstand the test of time."

Rejoined NetTraffic after gaining extensive international experience in Cloud PBX infrastructure and global telecommunications partnerships.

"On my return to NetTraffic, my focus is to deliver a customer-focused telecoms service. I bring extensive connections across the globe in telecoms software, Cloud PBX infrastructure and expertise to complement the service we deliver to our clients."

Richard joined NetTraffic in 2017 as a Network Technician. In 2018, he discovered his passion for configuring phone systems and helping customers resolve various issues as a VoIP Support Engineer. Outside work, he enjoys anime, manga and manhwa, and getting out into nature for walks and runs.
